This Sunday 30 June, Pipis Kiosk in Albert Park will play host to pastry chef Simone Jude and serve up a selection of amazingly indulgent cakes to sweeten your weekend.
The one-day-only event will feature four different handcrafted cakes:
- A chocolate layer cake with vanilla bean buttercream
- A rhubarb layer cake with rhubarb buttercream and rhubarb jam
- A cheesecake with grapefruit jelly
- A gluten-free meringue roulade.
The cakes will be sold by the slide from Pipis take-away kiosk window so you can watch the ocean, drink hot coffee and have your cake and eat it too. The cakes will be available from 7am to 12pm or until they’re sold out at 129a Beaconsfield Parade, Albert Park.
