Peppa Pig is returning to Australia for her highly anticipated stage show, Peppa Pig’s Fun Day Out LIVE!, marking her first national tour since 2018. Families can look forward to this “oinktastic” experience iwith shows scheduled from April through May 2025.
Presented by TEG Life Like Touring and Fierylight, the show promises a vibrant, family-friendly production that will delight fans of all ages.
Victorian fans will be able to catch the show at the Frankston Arts Centre on 12 April 2025, The Athenaeum Theatre in Melbourne on 26 an 27 April, the Ulumbarra Theatre in Bendigo on 30 April and the Geelong Arts Centre on 3 May.
This tour coincides with two major milestones for the beloved cartoon pig: 20 years since her television debut in May 2004 and 15 years of sold-out live shows across the globe. Peppa Pig Live has entertained nearly 3 million people across Australia, the USA, the UK, Ireland, and Asia, making it a staple of children’s entertainment.
Director and writer, Richard Lewis from Fierylight said he’s excited to be bringing Peppa Pig back to Australia.
“For Peppa Pig’s Fun Day Out LIVE! we have created lots of new puppets our Australian audiences wouldn’t have seen before,” he said.
“We bring together all sorts of different techniques to make the action and fun with Peppa, her family and friends come to life on stage. Also, the level of audience interaction has increased, with even more opportunities in this new show for the audience to sing along, dance and to get involved.”
