Creed Bratton is a funny guy. On The Office, he started as a silent extra, only to morph into a bizarre, scene-stealing fan favourite. But before the sitcom fame, before the memes and the one-liners, Bratton was already living a life most artists could only dream of – on the road, guitar in hand.
Creed is coming to Australia in October to share a night of music and comedy with audiences. In Melbourne you can see him at The Comic’s Lounge in North Melbourne on Wednesday 8 October.

Raised in a small mining town between Fresno and Yosemite, music was in his blood from the start. His mother and grandparents played, and by his teens he was performing in school plays before ditching his drama degree to busk his way across Africa, Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
Eventually, he joined the folk-pop group The Grass Roots, scoring multiple chart hits before walking away in 1969 to find his own creative voice.
That solo journey officially began in 2003 with Chasin’ The Ball, kicking off a prolific run of nine more albums. His latest, Tao Pop, is Bratton at his most adventurous – a genre-blurring, pop-tinged reflection of a life lived without a straight line. It’s not just a record, it’s the sum total of decades spent chasing the next song, the next adventure, the next reinvention.
The TEG Dainty pre-sale kicks off on 13 August at 11am (local), with general sale following on 14 August at 11am (local).
