Forget your average cocktail night – this one wants you to drink, dance, and feel the music. The Edible Cocktail Sensory Experience is returning to Party Higher in Moorabbin on Friday 10 October, promising an immersive collision of flavour, sound and touch.
Across the evening, guests will be treated to four handcrafted cocktails, each paired with edible creations and gourmet bites, designed to elevate the multisensory spectacle unfolding around them. It’s theatre, mixology and nightlife rolled into one unforgettable package.

Running from 7pm to 9:30pm, the main event sets the tone with haptic vests that make the bass vibrate through your body and an interactive video dance floor that reacts to every move. Then, from 10pm, the venue flips into after-party mode with a live DJ, flair bartenders and drink specials.
The vibe is playful but precise – a meticulously curated experience that feels equal parts experimental art and joyous party. Organisers say the last edition sold out fast, and with this mix of spectacle and intimacy, it’s easy to see why.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, the dress code is “casual cocktail party,” and the age requirement is strictly 18+.
Whether you’re a cocktail obsessive, a nightlife adventurer, or just curious about blending taste with tech, The Edible Cocktail Sensory Experience is unlike anything else in Melbourne’s social calendar.
Tickets are on sale now – and likely won’t hang around for long.
