Fleet Rooftop Bar has unveiled its new seasonal menu, bringing fresh flavours and inventive pairings to Melbourne’s highest rooftop on Flinders Street. Perched 22 floors above Vibe Hotel, Fleet pairs panoramic skyline views with a dining experience that feels both elevated and approachable.


The menu champions Australian produce and leans into share-style dining, designed for grazing with cocktails or lingering long into the night. Among the highlights: Smoky Bay Oysters with bonito and ginger vinaigrette, Half Shell Scallops with shiitake mushroom XO and lemon balm, and a standout Charred WA Octopus dressed with sobrasada, kipfler potato and shaved fennel.
For those after something indulgent, the 450g O’Connor Rib Eye with green pepper jus makes a striking centrepiece. To finish, desserts offer both playfulness and refinement — from a Hazelnut Snickers Bar with milk chocolate ganache and grapefruit to a curated selection of Australian cheeses. Vegetarian and gluten-free options ensure Fleet caters widely without compromising flavour.
