Melbourne is set to host the first Asia-Pacific edition of the award-winning Formula 1 Exhibition, offering fans an immersive journey through the sport’s past, present and future.
Opening on Saturday 29 November 2025 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the exhibition arrives just ahead of the F1 season opener at Albert Park.
Melbourne will become the eighth city worldwide to host the official F1 Exhibition, following record-breaking tours across Europe and the Americas, with stops in Madrid, Vienna, Toronto, Buenos Aires, London and Amsterdam, where the show was extended due to overwhelming demand.

The exhibition offers fans up-close encounters with legendary F1 cars spanning multiple eras, along with state-of-the-art racing simulators that let visitors test their skills on the iconic Albert Park track. Interactive installations and hands-on displays highlight F1 technology, while exclusive archival footage, interviews and historic memorabilia bring the sport’s greatest moments to life.
Key highlights include galleries such as Once Upon a Time in Formula 1, Design Lab, Drivers and Duels, Revolution by Design, and Survival, which displays previously unseen remnants from Romain Grosjean’s dramatic 2020 Bahrain crash.
The experience culminates at The Pit Wall, a cinematic, immersive finale celebrating Formula 1’s most unforgettable moments. A seventh gallery focused on Australia’s contribution to the sport will be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer at Formula 1, said: “Every time Formula 1 comes to Melbourne we feel the passion for the sport throughout this amazing city, so it’s only fitting for it to be the destination for the first F1 Exhibition show in Asia-Pacific.”
“The Exhibition celebrates the sport’s rich history and Australia’s outstanding contribution to Formula 1. I’m really excited for fans to go on an incredible immersive journey through our sport’s most memorable moments,” she said.
