One of electronic music’s most influential artists, Sub Focus, will bring his groundbreaking live show Circular Sound to Australia for the first time in February 2026. The UK producer, known for redefining drum and bass over the past two decades, will deliver an audio-visual experience that blurs the line between concert and art installation.
More than just a live performance, Circular Sound is built around a custom-designed moving circular lighting rig, accompanied by visuals personally curated by Sub Focus himself. The result is an immersive fusion of light, sound, and motion that expands what a drum & bass show can be.
Earlier this year, Circular Sound sold out London’s Alexandra Palace in minutes, marked Sub Focus’ US live debut, and made history as the first-ever drum & bass headline show at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Following those milestones, the tour now heads to Australia for four highly anticipated dates: Timberyard in Melbourne on 13 February (DJ set), Eatons Hill in Brisbane on 14 February (Circular Sound), Roundhouse in Sydney on 20 February (DJ set), and Ozone Reserve in Perth on 21 February (Circular Sound).
Few artists have shaped the modern sound of drum and bass like Sub Focus, real name Nick Douwma. Rising through the ranks of RAM Records under Andy C’s mentorship, he has built a career defined by innovation, cinematic production, and genre-crossing collaborations.
On 21 November, Sub Focus will release his fourth studio album Contact, a 14-track record featuring collaborations with Grimes, John Summit, Katy B, Fireboy DML, and IRAH. The album blends drum & bass, electro, trance, and dancehall, continuing his legacy of pushing the genre forward while keeping its underground energy intact.
Presale registration is open now, with tickets available from 9am AWST on Tuesday 18 November 2025. General public tickets go on sale at 9am AWST on Wednesday 19 November 2025.
