Coburg Night Market is back this December, transforming Bridges Reserve on Bell Street into a vibrant hub of music, food and community from Thursday 11 to Saturday 13 December 2025.
Presented by Merri-bek City Council, this year’s event shifts to a new Thursday–Saturday format, offering three days of live entertainment, handmade goods and delicious food under Melbourne’s summer sky. Entry is free, with a line-up that celebrates the creative energy and diversity of the city’s north.
The 2025 music program is curated by renowned Melbourne DJ and creative producer MzRizk, who has brought together a dynamic mix of artists for the weekend.
Opening night on Thursday features DJ Systa BB from Triple R, followed by soulful performances from Miss Katalyna and Kee’Ahn. Friday brings an eclectic blend of sounds with DJ General Feelings, Kazaband, Miss Emilia and the genre-bending Teymori.
Saturday’s program kicks off early at midday with creative family activities before PBS DJ Mike Gurrieri and Triple R’s Pebbles (Bumpy & Em) take over the decks. Live sets curated by Merri-bek’s Amplify youth committee include Soundmakrz and Lily Hallawell, followed by Wild Gloriosa and Amaru Tribe closing the weekend with their Latin-infused rhythms.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, Sanctum Studio will present roving performances, while Bee-longing in Merri-bek: A Collective Drawing Workshop invites visitors to sit, sketch and reflect on connection to place. Young creatives can contribute to a Counihan Gallery window display or make their own jewellery at a workshop hosted by Creed Custom Designs.
Each evening will be guided by MCs Callum Padgham (Thursday and Friday) and Hawraa Kash (Saturday).
With over 50 food and artisan stalls, Coburg Night Market is a celebration of local culture, music and community spirit. It’s family-friendly, dog-friendly and the perfect way to close out the year with good food, great music and summer energy.
