A week after revealing their free performance at next year’s Adelaide Festival, Britpop icons Pulp have announced a full run of Australasian tour dates for 2026, marking their first visit to Australia in 13 years.
The tour will begin across the Tasman, with the Sheffield legends performing at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Saturday, 21 February, before heading to Australia for four highly anticipated shows.
Fans can catch the Common People hitmakers at Brisbane’s Riverstage on Tuesday, 24 February, followed by their Adelaide Festival headline set on Friday, 27 February, Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Tuesday, 3 March, and two closing nights at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt on Friday, 6 March, and Saturday, 7 March.
The return of Pulp comes off the back of their critically acclaimed new album More, released earlier this year. The band’s eighth studio record, produced by James Ford, features the singles Spike Island and Got To Have Love, and has been praised for balancing their trademark wit and melancholy with a fresh sense of energy.
The tour promises to deliver both beloved anthems and new material from More, performed by frontman Jarvis Cocker and the classic Pulp lineup. For Australian fans, it’s a rare opportunity to see one of the defining bands of the 1990s Britpop movement live once again.
