Comedy icon Eddie Izzard is heading back to Australia with The Remix Tour Live hitting six major cities from November to December 2025, reimagining comedy highlights from a 35-year career.
Melbourne audiences will have the chance to see her at Hamer Hall on Monday 17 November.
This isn’t just a “greatest hits” set. Izzard promises no two nights will be the same, with her signature mix of improvisation, surprise callbacks and sharp wit. Expect revisits to beloved characters like Darth Vader and Mr Stevens. God might even make an appearance.
Izzard’s comedy career began with her Olivier Award-nominated Live at the Ambassadors in 1993. Since then, she’s taken shows like Definite Article, Dress to Kill, Sexie and Stripped to sold-out venues around the world. Her Force Majeure tour became the most extensive comedy tour in history, visiting 45 countries and all 50 US states.
The Remix Tour Live acts as a career retrospective with a contemporary twist, blending classic routines with fresh perspectives. Long-time fans will recognise iconic moments, while newcomers will find a masterclass in storytelling that leaps from the absurd to the profound without missing a beat.
Following successful European dates, Izzard brings her boundary-pushing style to Australian audiences once more. Expect smart, surreal and spontaneous comedy delivered with the kind of energy that’s kept her at the top for decades.
Tickets go on sale Friday 15 August at 9am via bohmpresents.com.
