As Oasis gear up for their long-awaited return to Australia, fans will soon have the chance to dive deeper into the band’s legacy with Behind The Gallery’s new exhibition celebrating the Britpop icons through the lenses of three of the UK’s most revered music photographers: Chris Floyd, Kevin Cummins and Scarlet Page.
Timed perfectly to coincide with Oasis’ stadium tour, the exhibition will run in both Melbourne and Sydney, offering a rare visual chronicle of one of the most influential bands of the ’90s and beyond. More than just a nostalgic look back, it’s an intimate, gritty and at times electric portrait of the Gallagher brothers and the world that revolved around them.
Bringing together more than two decades of imagery, the exhibition captures everything from sweaty club gigs and swaggering stage moments to quiet, reflective portraits. Each photographer contributes a distinct perspective: Floyd’s evocative portraiture, Cummins’ definitive Manchester grit, and Page’s warm, insider intimacy.

“Oasis aren’t just a band – they’re a cultural phenomenon. Through the eyes of Chris Floyd, Kevin Cummins and Scarlet Page, fans can experience the attitude, chaos and brilliance that defined an era of British music,” said Stephen Dallimore from Behind The Gallery.
For Chris Floyd, the exhibition represents the enduring pull of Oasis: “It’s over 30 years since the first of these pictures were taken and it gives me a lot of satisfaction to see that the love and passion for Oasis is as strong, if not stronger, as it ever was.”
Scarlet Page added, “These photographs capture Oasis right at the height of their raw, unstoppable energy. It was an incredible moment in British music.”
Each photograph in the series will be available as a limited artist’s print, sold exclusively through Behind The Gallery during the Australian exhibition — a must-see for every Oasis devotee and lover of rock ‘n’ roll history.
The Melbourne exhibition will be at 14 Langridge Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066 from 29 October to 2 November 2025. For more information visit https://www.behindthegallery.com.au/pages/oasis-exhibitions
