Melbourne’s biggest celebration of health, wellness and spirituality is set to take over the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 5-8 June, with the return of the MindBodySpirit Festival for four days of inspiration, connection and discovery.
Perfectly timed as a mid-year reset, the 2026 edition places a strong focus on wellbeing, aligning with key moments in the global wellness calendar including Global Wellness Day. The festival invites visitors to pause, reflect and prioritise their mental, physical and spiritual health.

Across the long weekend, more than 100 exhibitors will transform the venue into a vibrant marketplace of holistic products, spiritual tools and conscious living essentials. Expect everything from crystals and sound healing instruments to natural therapies designed to support everyday wellbeing.
A curated speaker lineup will headline the Main Stage, bringing together some of the festival’s most recognisable voices. Brooke Jowett will share tips on how to bounce back and rebuild after baby, while Mark Bunn will offer insights into purpose, balance and conscious living.

First Nations leader and health expert Nartarsha Bamblett will present tools for healing and mindfulness, and Jason McDonald will explore spirit wisdom and natural health for greater clarity and wellbeing.
Beyond the talks, the program features free seminars, psychic readings, mini therapies and aura photography, creating an immersive experience for both curious newcomers and seasoned seekers.

Tickets remain accessible at $6 for a single day or $10 for a multi-day pass, with a complimentary tote bag included, making it an easy entry point for anyone looking to reconnect and recharge.
The Melbourne MindBodySpirit Festival welcomes all visitors to explore their own path to wellbeing in a supportive and inclusive setting.
