Spring is set to burst into colour across Greater Bendigo and Loddon Shire, with the 2026 Bloom destination campaign bringing more than 100 events and experiences to the region.
Running throughout spring, Bloom is an invitation to explore gardens, galleries, markets, food, wine and the great outdoors, with plenty happening across Bendigo, Heathcote, Bridgewater and beyond.
Rosalind Park, Conservatory Gardens and Pall Mall will be filled with seasonal blooms and colourful displays, while the Village of Gnomes has moved to Bendigo Botanic Gardens for 2026. Visitors can search for 11 cheeky hidden gnomes while exploring the heritage gardens.

Bloom After Dark returns from September 18 to October 3, illuminating tulip beds in Rosalind Park and filling Pall Mall with giant interactive blooms. For the first time, the after-dark trail will also extend to Heathcote and Bridgewater, while the Yi Yuan Gardens at Dai Gum San will glow gold to mark 175 Years of Gold in Bendigo.
Market lovers can browse the Bloomin Good Pop-Up Market on September 25 and the larger Bloomin Good Market on September 27, featuring local produce, handmade goods and artisan wares.
There are also plenty of reasons to venture further afield, including the Cornella Canola Walk, Kooyoora Wildflower Tours, Wedderburn Open Gardens and the Loddon Valley Arts Trail.

Cultural experiences include First Nations tours led by Djarra guides, alongside art exhibitions, workshops and community events through Dumuwal’s Malamiya Mang program.
Foodies can tuck into seasonal menus, curated cocktails, gastronomic feasts and Bloomin Hungry picnic packs showcasing regional produce.
Destination Greater Bendigo Loddon Executive Officer James Myatt said Bloom captures the region at its best.
