Cinnabon is set to open its 25th Australian store at Melbourne Central on Friday, 12 July 2025, marking a significant milestone for the beloved American bakery chain. This new location also represents Cinnabon’s second store in Victoria, following the launch at Watergardens Shopping Centre in May.
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 50 customers will receive exclusive Cinnabon-themed goodie bags, adding extra excitement for fans eager to indulge in the brand’s signature cinnamon scrolls . The Melbourne Central store features a fresh interior design by local designer Elvin Tan.
Veronica Cheung, Managing Director of Always Hungry Club – the master franchisee for Cinnabon in Victoria – expressed enthusiasm about the expansion.
“Fans have been eagerly awaiting a metro debut for Cinnabon in Victoria for a while now, so we are very excited to be opening at Melbourne Central,” she said. This opening aligns with the company’s goal to establish three Victorian locations by the end of 2025
