The international sensation Blanc de Blanc Encore will be performed in Melbourne for the first time, with the champagne-fuelled circus and cabaret spectacular opening at Spiegel Haus Melbourne on 29 October for a three-month season.
Created and produced by Brunswick-based Strut & Fret, the production promises a night of vintage French glamour, world-class circus, live music, and cheeky comedy in an intimate Spiegeltent setting. The show has wowed audiences worldwide with its mix of acrobatics, singing and comedy, and is now finally making its Melbourne debut following seasons across Australia and beyond.

The arrival marks Strut & Fret’s first home-city presentation in more than eight years. The production house is behind South Australia’s Garden of Unearthly Delights, Brisbane’s West End Electric, Sydney’s Grand Electric, and London hit Sabrage.
Blanc de Blanc Encore comes to Melbourne off the back of a record-breaking world premiere at the Sydney Opera House and sold-out runs in Darwin, Hobart, Brisbane, Auckland, and four extended seasons in Sydney.
The Melbourne cast features a mix of international and Australian talent. Canadian circus artist Felix Pouliot, known for their Chinese pole mastery and comedic MC skills with Cirque du Soleil, joins the line-up. Australian dancer Melanie Hawkins, fresh from Jesus Christ Superstar and a string of stage hits including The Rocky Horror Show, will also perform.
They’re joined by Ukrainian choreographer Mykhailo Makarovoak, a Ukraine’s Got Talent finalist famed for his “bone breaking” skills, and UK aerialist Danielle Summers, celebrated for her blend of elegance and strength on the international cabaret scene.
Blanc de Blanc Encore runs from 29 October 2025 to 1 February 2026. Bookings at spiegelhausmelb.com
