Heavy music fans are in for a huge year as Killswitch Engage announce their return to Australia and New Zealand in 2026, bringing more than two decades of metal anthems and career-defining energy to some of their biggest shows in the region yet.
Joining them on the run is British heavy outfit Sylosis, setting the tone for a night built on riffs, intensity and full-volume live performances.
In Melbourne, they’ll be playing at The Forum on 10 November 2026.

Formed in Western Massachusetts, Killswitch Engage helped reshape modern metal in the early 2000s by blending European-inspired guitar work with hardcore aggression and emotionally driven, uplifting lyrics. The result was a sound that connected with a generation and continues to influence bands around the world.
Over the years, the band has built a resume that includes three Grammy nominations for Best Metal Performance, multiple gold and platinum records, and billions of streams. More importantly, they have become known as one of the most consistent and powerful live acts in heavy music.
From breakthrough records like Alive Or Just Breathing, The End of Heartache and As Daylight Dies through to later releases including Disarm the Descent, Incarnate and Atonement, Killswitch Engage have continued to evolve while staying true to their core sound.
Their latest album This Consequence, released alongside their 25th anniversary celebrations, introduced standout single I Believe, now their biggest radio hit to date. It signals a band still pushing forward while honouring everything that came before.
Fans can expect a setlist that moves through every era, from early favourites to newer material, delivered with the kind of energy that has seen them share stages with Iron Maiden, Slayer, Slipknot and Parkway Drive.
This tour is shaping up as a full-throttle celebration of one of metal’s most enduring bands. Tickets and tour details are available at Killswitch Engage Official Tour Info
