This Easter, Benriach Scotch whisky distillery and KOI Dessert Bar have partnered to create a unique treat called the “Scotch Cross Bun.”
This limited-edition dessert, priced at $22, is a whisky-infused reimagining of the traditional hot cross bun, blending nostalgia with contemporary design.

The Scotch Cross Bun features a rich vanilla mousse infused with spices like nutmeg and cinnamon, and currants soaked in Benriach’s The Original Ten single malt Scotch whisky. This combination creates an indulgent Easter experience that is both familiar and unexpected.
Available until 17 April, the Scotch Cross Bun will be served at KOI Dessert Bar locations in Sydney and Melbourne. Customers can enjoy the dessert in-store or take it away.

As a special offer, those who purchase the Scotch Cross Bun will receive a complimentary 50ml bottle of Benriach The Original Ten, the whisky that inspired the dessert.
