Melbourne’s south-east is getting ready for a flavour explosion – Dandenong Market’s Street Feast is back on Saturday 15 November, and this year’s edition is shaping up to be the biggest yet. From 10am to 3pm, the Market’s Southern Carpark will transform into a vibrant global street food festival packed with music, colour and community spirit.
A highlight of Melbourne’s late-spring calendar, Street Feast brings together the city’s diverse food scene for one day only. Visitors can expect everything from Italian paninis and fried pasta to souvlaki, Polish dumplings, loaded pitas, loukoumades and creamy gelato – a delicious reflection of Dandenong’s cultural melting pot.
But it’s not just about what’s on the plate. The event celebrates connection and creativity, with live sets from DJ Micky G bringing the energy all day long. Shoppers can also explore the market’s regular traders, with stalls overflowing with fresh produce, flowers, handmade gifts and ready-to-eat meals.
Whether you’re planning a family day out, meeting friends, or just chasing your next great bite, Street Feast offers a perfect taste of Melbourne’s multicultural soul. The best part? Entry is free.
The event also marks the final foodie celebration of 2025 at Dandenong Market – a fitting finale to a year of delicious discoveries and community gatherings.
