Rodd & Gunn has unveiled the final stage of its ambitious four-level flagship at 280 Little Collins Street, with the Member’s Bar and The Lodge Dining Room now open. The launch marks the completion of a project that brings together retail, dining and design in one landmark city destination.

CEO Mike Beagley says the flagship captures the brand’s values of craftsmanship, connection and confidence, with every floor created through the lens of experience. The new spaces sit above the Cellar Caffetteria and the retail level, inviting guests into a more intimate world shaped by heritage details and layered design.
The Member’s Bar, located on the mezzanine, is an exclusive retreat for Rodd & Gunn’s loyalty clientele. Rich timber, sculptural lighting and Deco-inspired touches create a warm, moody setting.

Josh Beagley describes it as a space built on relationships and a way of giving back to the community that supports the brand. The cocktail menu comes from the flagship’s Cocktail Laboratory led by Matt Bax, offering classic drinks with inventive twists and small plates designed to match.
Upstairs, The Lodge Dining Room opens through a heritage marble staircase to a bright space framed by arched windows and parquet floors.

The menu celebrates craftsmanship and provenance, with dishes such as Shark Bay scallops with white asparagus, sweet water marron in summer bisque and Great Ocean Road duck with beetroot and radicchio. Desserts include caramelised white chocolate with lemon myrtle.
A wine list curated by Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas focuses on New Zealand’s leading regions, supported by Victorian producers and selected European wines chosen for balance and expression.

The new openings complete a flagship designed for browsing, drinking, dining and discovery, marking a major moment for Rodd & Gunn in Melbourne.
Rod & Gunn is at 280 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC.
