Australia’s largest cheese festival, Mould, is headed back to Melbourne with a massive line-up of some of the best artisan cheese in the nation.
The event is taking place at the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton on 28 and 29 June. More than 100 varieties of cheese will be on display, including hard, soft, mild and even stinky – ensuring something for everyone (so long as you love cheese!)
Mould 2024 will introduce a new aspect called “The Grate Cheese Commission” which will feature an exclusive array of artisan cheeses from more than 27 producers that have been created especially for the festival, providing attendees with unique tasting opportunities.
Event founder, Revel CEO Dan Sims says: “Over the years, this festival has really won the hearts of cheese lovers all over Australia. Their passion for cheese — and for getting behind local cheese makers — is our passion too, and it’s this enthusiasm that has pushed us all to go big and aim even higher this year, reimagining what Mould can be.”
