Melbourne’s 48h Pizza e Gnocchi Bar has been crowned Australia’s best pizzeria, for the fourth consecutive year.
48h Pizza ranked fifth overall in the the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2024 awards this week, making it the best in Oz. It beat other Melbourne pizza joints Shop225, Il Caminetto and +39 Pizzeria who also ranked in the top 50.
The greatness of the pizza and how seriously they take it is literally in the business name. 48 hours is the ideal amount of time that pizza dough should be left to rise. The win marks the fourth consecutive year the business has been awarded this prestigious title.
