Melbourne’s CBD will welcome its newest hospitality destination when Quarterhouse opens its doors on Wednesday 14th May. The contemporary three-level pub, located adjacent to Southern Cross Station in the Melbourne Quarter precinct, is now taking bookings from the public.

Designed to accommodate up to 1400 patrons, Quarterhouse offers distinct experiences across its three levels. The ground floor presents a modern take on the traditional pub, featuring a 4m wide LED screen for live sports, comfortable banquette seating and street dining. Level one provides a versatile function space for corporate or private events, while the rooftop bar boasts an open-air terrace overlooking the new Sky Park above Collins Street.
Venue manager Luke Bottoms describes Quarterhouse as “everything Melburnians love about a pub – casual and with something for everyone – whilst also offering something unique with our rooftop bar overlooking the Sky Park.”

The venue features two distinct menus. The ground floor serves pub classics including Chicken Parma and the Quarterhouse Burger, while the rooftop offers share-style dishes like Wagyu Beef Skewers and woodfired pizzas.
Quarterhouse will host regular entertainment including free pool on Mondays, acoustic sessions on Thursdays, Sunset Sip DJs on Fridays, and Sunday Roasts with trivia. To celebrate the opening, locals are invited to enjoy a complimentary drink on Thursday 15th May from 4pm, with free canapés and live music.

With its prime location near Marvel Stadium and Southern Cross Station, Quarterhouse is positioned to become a popular destination for after-work drinks, pre-event gatherings and weekend celebrations.
Quarterhouse opens 14th May at 693 Collins Street, Docklands. Bookings are now available at quarterhouse.com.au.
