Scottish pop-rock legends Deacon Blue will return to Australia in January and February 2026, marking their first shows down under since 2023. The tour coincides with the band’s 40th anniversary and the release of their latest studio album, The Great Western Road.
Famed for hits including Dignity, Real Gone Kid, I’ll Never Fall In Love Again and Fergus Sings the Blues, the band’s setlist will draw on their four-decade career. Fans can expect everything from the soulful grit of their 1987 debut Raintown to the fresh energy of their newest release.
In Melbourne, they’ll be playing at The Forum on Saturday 7 February 2026.

The Great Western Road reflects Deacon Blue’s journey with warmth, honesty and a renewed sense of adventure, while their anniversary shows will be a balance of nostalgia and forward momentum. With arena-sized anthems, intimate surprises and tracks from across their catalogue, the band is promising an emotionally charged live experience.
Deacon Blue are celebrated not only for their songwriting but also for their powerful connection with audiences. Their concerts consistently blend high-octane moments with deeply personal performances, creating memories that last well beyond the final encore.
