Fujifilm is setting up shop in Melbourne for the first time, bringing its House of Photography concept to Chadstone Shopping Centre from Tuesday 3 March to Sunday 22 March. You’ll find the interactive pop up on the lower ground level in front of David Jones, and it’s less about browsing and more about getting hands on.
Inside, visitors can explore the full range of Fujifilm X and GFX Series cameras, along with FUJINON XF and GF lenses, instax devices and a dedicated print bar. There are play tables to test out the latest gear and a film simulation wall that lets you see Fujifilm’s signature looks up close. It’s designed for curious beginners, seasoned photographers and anyone who just likes taking a decent photo on the weekend.
On Saturday 14 March, things get even more personal. For one day only, the space will host complimentary ‘Shoot Your Style’ sessions led by local fashion photographer Danielle Castano.
“I’m so excited to be partnering with Fujifilm on ‘Shoot Your Style’.” Castano said.
“Photographing style is one of my favourite things to do, and I’m keen to share my tips and help people learn to capture their own unique style with Fujifilm cameras. These sessions are about helping people translate their fashion identity into images that feel confident, intentional and true to them,” she said.
