Australia’s biggest dance music throwback is returning this summer, with Ministry of Sound Summer Dance Festival announcing its largest national tour yet and a massive return to Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Saturday 12 December.
The outdoor festival promises a full-scale day-to-night experience combining orchestral dance classics, international DJs and festival-style production across multiple stages and immersive activations.
Leading the lineup is CLASSICAL, the globally popular live dance music experience performed by the Ministry of Sound Orchestra under the direction of conductor Vanessa Perica alongside Australian dance icon Groove Terminator. Together, they’ll rework some of the biggest dance anthems of the past three decades with live vocals, orchestral arrangements and large-scale production.

International guests joining the tour include Roger Sanchez, Seb Fontaine and French electronic duo Braxe & Falcon, alongside a stacked lineup of Australian DJs and vocalists.
The Melbourne edition will introduce a brand-new Golden Stage alongside the return of the popular Silent Disco, transforming the Music Bowl and surrounding gardens into a sprawling open-air party space.
ARIA nominee Reigan will join the live show alongside Karina Chavez, Rudy, Lady Lyric and Luke Antony, delivering live performances of iconic club tracks that helped define generations of dance music culture.
After consecutive sell-out events and record crowds, the 2026 tour marks 35 years of Ministry of Sound as one of the world’s most influential dance music brands.
With presale demand already surging, organisers are warning tickets are expected to move quickly as festivalgoers chase one of the biggest summer music events on the calendar. Tickets on sale at 12:00PM AEST on Wednesday 3 June 2026 here
