Melbourne electronic music trio not without friends will return to Rippon Lea Estate on Saturday 23 January 2027, bringing another day of dance music to the historic estate following the success of their 2026 event.
Made up of Luke Alessi, William Kiss and Jordan Brando, the project combines more than 15 years of friendship with a shared approach to electronic music that has earned support from international DJs and dance music tastemakers.

Their January 2026 event generated viral moments online and helped propel their mate Dean Turnley’s track Actin’ Tough into one of the year’s biggest dance tracks.
The trio have built individual international profiles, performing at major festivals and clubs around the world. Together, they have developed a reputation for spontaneous sets and DIY-style events that bring people together in unexpected Melbourne locations.
The project has also attracted support from names including Solomun, Peggy Gou and Carl Cox, alongside Barry Can’t Swim, DJ Seinfeld, Pete Tong and Chloé Caillet.
Their remix of Spiller and Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s Groovejet recently reached number one on the Beatport charts, adding to the project’s growing profile.
The return to Rippon Lea Estate will continue the trio’s focus on combining electronic music with a relaxed, social atmosphere in one of Melbourne’s distinctive outdoor settings.
Presale registration is now open, with presale tickets going on sale at 9am AEDT on Friday 16 October 2026. General public tickets will be available from midday the same day.
