Melbourne’s in for a fiery night of chaos, camp and pure dance-rock energy as Electric Six return in 2026 for The Greatest Hits Tour . The final stop on their Australian tour is at the Northcote Theatre on Saturday 21 March.
The Detroit alt-disco legends have built a cult following in Australia, with multiple sold-out tours in recent years, including their 20th anniversary celebration of Fire. Now, they’re back to serve up a turbo-charged greatest hits set spanning the full, unhinged glory of their career.

Expect a gloriously theatrical ride through iconic tracks like Danger! High Voltage, Gay Bar, Dance Commander and I Buy The Drugs, along with fan-favourites like Synthesizer and Down at McDonaldz.
Their signature blend of gritty rock riffs and pulsating disco beats will once again shake the floorboards loose and leave you grinning like a maniac.
The tour kicks off in Perth before snaking through Fremantle, Adelaide, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney – but all roads lead to Melbourne, where the final blowout promises a night of neon-soaked catharsis.
Pre-sale begins Thursday 7 August at 10am AEST, with general tickets on sale from Monday 11 August. Full details at metropolistouring.com. You’ve been warned: this one’s going to be loud, sweaty, and gloriously unhinged.
