A pop-up exhibition celebrating three decades of the beloved Toy Story franchise is coming to Melbourne’s CBD. Disney and Pixar are launching Toy Story 30 Years and Beyond at 234 Collins Street, running from 18 October to 2 November offering a unique opportunity for fans to explore the impact and legacy of Toy Story.
Curated in collaboration with Eddie Zammit, the exhibition features thirty artists from around the world who have reimagined the franchise’s iconic characters in thirty original pieces. Visitors will also discover a rich collection of products and memorabilia spanning the past 30 years, alongside a striking Buzz Lightyear-inspired sculpture by Melbourne artist Travis Price.



The Walt Disney Company Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Kylie Watson-Wheeler, said: “Toy Story has a special place in our hearts. The iconic characters and storytelling are treasured across generations.”

The exhibition will be open Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 6pm, Thursday until 7pm, Friday until 9pm, and Saturday from 10am to 5pm. It will be closed on Thursday, 23 October.
