A huge new big top experience is heading for Australia, and it is set to turn the live entertainment calendar on its head. After a smash hit debut in the UK, where sessions were extended again and again to meet demand, ‘COME ALIVE! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular’ will make its Australian debut in 2026, opening at the Entertainment Quarter in Sydney from 26 May before touring nationally.

Showpath Entertainment is bringing the production to Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne, giving local audiences their first chance to experience the mix of world-class circus and powerful musical performance that has been wowing crowds in London.
Inspired by the world of the movie The Greatest Showman, the show features an all-Australian cast performing acrobatics, aerial work and the big anthem hits that fans know so well.

The Melbourne season will begin in February 2027 at Caulfield Racecourse.
With beloved songs by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul including This Is Me, Rewrite the Stars and A Million Dreams, the show presents the soundtrack in a new way: performed live, loud and close enough to feel every note.

Simon Hammerstein, Creative Director, said, “With COME ALIVE! we aim to transport our audiences into a circus dream, and create a show for anyone who loves great music, thrilling action and spectacular entertainment.”
“The uniqueness of our show allows us to blend multiple entertainment forms into one singular event, bursting with joy and reimagining this extraordinary music to tell a new, modern story of what it takes to follow your dreams. We are so excited to bring this incredible show to new audiences across Australia come one, come all and Come Alive!”

David Hutchinson, CEO of The Path Entertainment Group, said, “Australia will be the first international market to experience the original London production, marking an exciting next step in Path’s global expansion.”
