Legendary Aussie punk act, Frenzal Rhomb, are hitting the road in October to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their hit album A Man’s Not a Camel . The eight-date tour will see them play gigs in Victoria at The Corner Hotel in Richmond and the Torquay Hotel.
The current lineup of sole original member Jason “Jay” Whalley alongside Lindsay “The Doctor” McDougall, Gordon “Gordy” Forman and Michael “Dal” Dallinger will be playing all the hits from their acclaimed fourth album along with fan favourites and deep cuts from their extensive catalogue of tunes.
Often described as one of the greatest bands to emerge in Australia in the 1990s, Frenzal Rhomb have had a career spanning more than three decades.
Formed in Sydney in 1992, the band quickly gained a following with their fast-paced music and humorous take on social and political issues. Over the years, Frenzal Rhomb has released numerous albums, including hits like Meet the Family and Smoko at the Pet Food Factory.
Despite lineup changes, they have maintained their distinctive sound and attitude. Frenzal Rhomb remains a staple in the Australian punk scene, celebrated for their infectious energy and unabashedly rebellious spirit.
