Get ready to crank up the volume—the rock’n’roll festival, Wanstock, is back and louder than ever from 14-15 March 2025, when Doncaster’s Shoppingtown Hotel will transform into a roaring hub of classic rock energy.
Born from Geoff Wansbrough’s passion for the golden era of Aussie pub rock, this two-night extravaganza promises world-class acts, nostalgic anthems, and fresh new talent.
The 2025 edition boasts an all-star lineup. Friday night sees Australian rock royalty Baby Animals headlining alongside Taxiride ft Jason Singh and party-starters Strait Shooters.
The Baby Animals, known for hits like Early Warning, bring decades of chart-topping history to the stage. Taxiride’s frontman Jason Singh promises an electric set featuring their 1990s smash hits Get Set and Everywhere You Go.
Saturday ups the ante with legendary British rockers The Babys, celebrating their 50th anniversary with timeless tracks like Isn’t It Time. Sharing the stage will be New Zealand new-wave heroes Mi-Sex, Australian pub rock icons Ted Mulry Gang, and rising talents Standing Room Only and Day Dreamers.
Since its inception in 2018, Wanstock has become a must-attend for music lovers, blending nostalgia with discovery. With its expansion to two nights, Wansbrough’s vision of honouring rock history while spotlighting emerging talent shines brighter than ever.
