Following unprecedented demand for her upcoming Australian Made Tour, multi-ARIA-winning icon Kate Ceberano has announced four major new dates—including a highly anticipated hometown performance at Melbourne’s Hamer Hall on 19 September. The additional shows come after the original 22-regional leg saw multiple Victorian dates sell out in record time, proving fans are eager to celebrate Ceberano’s 40-year legacy.
“The response to this tour has blown us away,” Kate says. “It looks like I wasn’t the only one to think the time is right for a retrospective of my 40 years in Australian music—not only as a writer and a performer but as a massive fan.”
“I’ll be singing songs I’ve had the privilege to be a part of and paying homage to some of the greats I’ve known and admired. Expect a ton of Australian classics and handpicked surprises. I can’t wait to hit the road and share my music and memories about them all.”
The newly added Melbourne show at Hamer Hall holds special significance for Ceberano, who describes the venue as “beautiful” and a fitting stage for this career-spanning celebration. The tour also includes newly confirmed stops in Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney.
The Australian Made Tour is a love letter to the artists and songs that have shaped Ceberano’s career, featuring reimagined classics from her own catalogue alongside anthems by Divinyls, INXS, Jimmy Barnes, Paul Kelly, and more.
“It’s so important for me to express my culture, my Australia, in song,” she reflects. “This tour is a deep dive into what makes me an Australian artist.”
Joining Kate on the road are two electrifying talents: virtuoso multi-instrumentalist Harts and rising rock guitarist Kathleen Halloran. Together, they’ll bring fresh energy to timeless tracks, blending eras into a dynamic live experience.
