Winter movie nights are getting a British twist in Melbourne this June, with Bianchetto launching a new weekly cinema series celebrating iconic British films, classic pub food and cosy nights out.
Running every Wednesday from 10 June to 29 July, the British Cinema series will transform the Kew bar into a warm winter screening space inspired by some of the UK’s most memorable movies.

Guests will arrive at 6.30pm for a Pimms and lemonade on arrival alongside a Toad in the Hole appetiser before the film begins at 7.15pm. Additional food and drinks will also be available to order throughout the evening.
The curated lineup spans crime capers, romantic comedies and cult classics, showcasing the wit, charm and grit that have long defined British cinema.
The series kicks off with The Italian Job on 10 June before continuing with Alfie, Notting Hill, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Love Actually, Snatch, The Full Monty and Skyfall.

From London streets and countryside estates to pub culture and awkward romance, the selected films lean heavily into the humour and storytelling that made British cinema a global favourite.
The venue says the nights are designed to offer a nostalgic and relaxed midweek outing during Melbourne’s colder months, pairing comfort food with much-loved films and warm hospitality.
Tickets are priced at $55 per person and include the welcome drink, appetiser and movie screening.
