Two Kensington favourites are joining forces for one special night of food, whisky and storytelling, with the Doutta Galla Hotel partnering with Bakery Hill Distillery for an exclusive three-course dining experience this July.
Taking place on Thursday 30 July, the Whisky Night will bring together the craft whisky expertise of one of Australia’s most awarded distillers with the Doutta Galla Hotel’s reputation for quality dining and premium steaks.
Guests will begin the evening with a whisky cocktail on arrival before settling in for a carefully curated three-course menu. Each dish will be paired with a selection of Bakery Hill whiskies, showcasing the flavours and craftsmanship behind both the food and spirits.
The highlight of the evening will be a whisky-washed steak main course, combining the hotel’s signature approach to dining with Bakery Hill’s locally produced whisky.
Throughout the night, guests will have the chance to learn more about Bakery Hill Distillery’s whisky-making process while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and hospitality that the Doutta Galla Hotel is known for.

The Bakery Hill Distillery and Doutta Galla Hotel Whisky Night will run from 6.30pm to 11pm on Thursday 30 July at the Doutta Galla Hotel, 339 Racecourse Road, Kensington.
