Tove Lo is heading back to Australia in March 2027, with the Swedish pop star bringing her newly announced ESTRUS tour to Melbourne for a one-night show.
The tour will celebrate Tove Lo’s sixth studio album, ESTRUS, which is due for release worldwide on Friday 18 September. The Australian run kicks off at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Monday 1 March before travelling to Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
“I love going down under. Australia I’m coming back!” Tove Lo said.
“It’s gonna be sweatier, dirtier and more emotional than ever… love u xxx.”
The ESTRUS album takes its name from the term for a female mammal being in heat, continuing Tove Lo’s sexually charged and emotionally exposed approach to pop.
The record was made with longtime collaborator Ludvig Söderberg, alongside Elvira Anderfjärd and Luka Kloser, and features a collaboration with Stromae. Recording took place in Los Angeles, Stockholm and a Swedish fishing village where Tove Lo spent her childhood summers.
The Melbourne show will feature new ESTRUS tracks including I’m Your Girl Right?, des fleurs and DNH, alongside fan favourites such as Habits (Stay High), Talking Body, Cool Girl, Disco Tits and Glad He’s Gone.
Rising Australian pop artist SALTY will join Tove Lo across all four Australian dates.
The Melbourne show takes place at Margaret Court Arena on Wednesday 3 March 2027. Mastercard and artist presales begin at 9am local time on Friday 11 September, followed by Secret Sounds and Live Nation presales from 9am on Monday 14 September. General tickets go on sale at 10am on Tuesday 15 September.
