This February, Melbourne favourite Mary Eats Cake is putting friendship in the spotlight with a limited-edition Valentine’s High Tea designed for laughter, connection and quality time with the people who matter most.
Created for best friends, sisters and soulmates, the special High Tea experience invites guests to slow down and indulge together. Available for a short time only, the Valentine’s High Tea features unlimited speciality teas, freshly baked scones and a carefully curated menu of Mary Eats Cake favourites.

Each sitting includes a set speciality Valentine’s High Tea with four savoury items and three sweet treats, alongside exclusive lamington scones served with housemade chocolate sauce, cream and jam. Guests are also treated to a pink champagne cocktail, with non-alcoholic options available, plus a macaron to finish on a sweet note.
The experience can be enjoyed at Mary Eats Cake’s cosy Montrose cottage at 13 Leith Road, Montrose, or at the elegant Brunswick venue located at 558 Sydney Road, Brunswick. The Valentine’s High Tea runs from Wednesday 4 February to Sunday 1 March, making it an ideal reason to plan a long-overdue catch-up during late summer.

Pricing is set at $82 per person on weekdays and $87 on weekends, with bookings recommended due to the limited availability.
For those unable to celebrate in person, Mary Eats Cake has also curated a range of Galentine’s and Valentine’s Day gifts. These thoughtful sweet treats are designed to be delivered straight to a friend’s door, offering a simple way to share the love from afar throughout February.
