Black Star Pastry – the cult dessert brand that proudly claims to be “the creator of the world’s most Instagrammed cake” (the strawberry watermelon cake) is launching a pop-up at The Glen in Glen Waverley this Thursday 14 September.
You won’t be able to miss their pop-up – it will resemble their iconic pink boxes, and will be at The Glen until Wednesday 27 September.
You’ll be able to sample their newest pastry, the “Yuzu Meringue Croissant” exclusively at The Glen pop-up.
They’ll also have limited edition strawberry watermelon versions of mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn festival – also the only location that will be selling this creation.
There will be other signature cakes and savoury treats on offer and you can also pre-order the full range to pick up quickly.
