Established in December 2011 by chef-restaurateur Dharshan Munidasa, along with Sri Lankan cricket legends Mahela Jayawardena and Kumar Sangakkara, Ministry of Crab celebrates the legendary lagoon crab of Sri Lanka, known for its exquisite taste.
