Cult hot-chocolate purveyor, Mörk Chocolate, has just opened a pop-up at Chadstone Shopping Centre for Christmas.
Mörk Chocolate is a celebrated destination for chocolate lovers in Melbourne, offering a unique and immersive chocolate experience. The Chaddy Christmas pop-up will offer a newly launched summer range and a Christmas menu.
Funded by hsband-and-wife team Kiril Shaginov and Josefin Zernell in 2012, the chocolaterie blends premium cacao sourced from regions like Venezuela and Ghana with unrefined coconut blossom sugar from West Java, creating a range of decadent hot chocolate beverages.
The owners established it with a mission to bring specialty and ethically sourced hot chocolate to consumers – taking inspiration from Melbourne’s enviable coffee culture – and this year they were named Melbourne’s 2024 Small Business of the Year.
Their flagship brew, the Campfire Hot Chocolate, is an aromatic masterpiece featuring beechwood smoke, smoked salt, and a toasted marshmallow.
The original Mörk Chocolate Brew House in North Melbourne is complemented by three CBD locations where guests to indulge in their signature chocolates, paired with cinnamon buns from Mörk’s sister bakery, Söt.
