Two of modern metal’s biggest names are heading back to Australia next year, with Lamb of God and Trivium announcing a huge co-headline national tour for October 2026.
The five-date run will hit Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with Scottish metal outfit Bleed From Within joining as support across all shows.
Melbourne fans can catch the tour at John Cain Arena on Tuesday 6 October.
The announcement reunites two bands that helped define heavy music throughout the 2000s and 2010s, both known for relentless touring schedules, massive live shows and loyal Australian fanbases.

Lamb Of God return following the release of their latest album Into Oblivion and continue to sit among the most influential bands of the New Wave Of American Heavy Metal era. Across more than two decades, the Virginia group built a catalogue packed with fan favourites including Laid To Rest, Redneck and Walk With Me In Hell while touring alongside giants like Metallica, Slayer and Slipknot.
Meanwhile, Florida’s Trivium continue to evolve beyond their metalcore roots, blending thrash, progressive metal and melodic death metal into arena-ready live shows led by frontman Matt Heafy. The band has become a festival staple worldwide and remains one of the genre’s most consistent touring acts.
Support act Bleed From Within arrives in Australia after building strong momentum internationally through tours with Megadeth and Bullet for My Valentine.
Tickets go on sale to the general public from Thursday 21 May at 9am local time via Destroy All Lines.
