After more than three decades of chart hits, international tours and standing ovations around the world, Human Nature are finally sharing the full story behind one of Australia’s most enduring music careers.
The beloved vocal group has announced the release of Only Human: Harmony Through The Hits & Hard Times, their first-ever memoir, arriving alongside two intimate live events that will give fans a chance to hear those stories firsthand.
Melbourne fans can catch An Audience With Human Nature at the iconic Palais Theatre on 2 November 2026, before the group heads to Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on 4 November.
Written in the individual voices of Andrew Tierney, Mike Tierney, Toby Allen and Phil Burton, the memoir traces the quartet’s journey from schoolmates in Sydney’s west to one of the country’s most successful music exports.
While fans know the headline achievements, including a record-breaking Las Vegas residency, ARIA Hall of Fame induction and countless hit records, the book promises to dig deeper into the friendships, challenges and personal moments that shaped the group along the way.
The story begins at Hurlstone Agricultural High School, where the four first performed together as teenagers before signing with Sony Music and launching a career that would take them around the globe. Along the way came performances at the Sydney Olympic Games Opening Ceremony, tours with music legends including Michael Jackson and Celine Dion, and more than 2,600 headline shows in Las Vegas.
The accompanying live shows will blend conversation and performance, offering a look behind the music while revisiting favourites from every era of Human Nature’s catalogue. Expect everything from Tellin’ Everybody and Wishes to Motown classics, Jukebox hits and newer material.
Tickets, autographed book pre-orders and VIP packages are available now via Human Nature Live.
