Australian rock icon Jon Stevens is hitting the stage once again, following the release of his first solo album in seven years, SHIMMER with a major national tour that promises to be one of the biggest events on the 2026 music calendar.
The powerhouse vocalist behind Noiseworks describes his new album as a testament to “resilience and collaboration.” The record, now available for purchase, download and streaming, captures his unmistakable energy across a mix of anthemic rock and soulful melodies.
Announced today, the Summer of Love Rockfest will see Stevens joined by an explosive lineup of Australian rock heavyweights, including Wolfmother and The Screaming Jets.
The tour will hit Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena on February 14, followed by Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on March 7, Perth’s Crown Theatre on April 10 (without The Screaming Jets), and Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on April 18.
Fans can expect a setlist packed with classics — from “Take Me Back” and “Touch” to INXS favourites “Don’t Change” and “New Sensation” — alongside new material from SHIMMER. Wolfmother will bring their signature wall of sound with hits like “Joker & the Thief,” while The Screaming Jets are set to deliver their gritty, pub-rock staples “Better” and “Helping Hand.”
“The Summer of Love Rockfest isn’t just a concert; it’s a reunion, a celebration, and a reminder of why these songs are timeless,” Stevens said.
Tickets go on sale from 10am, October 10. For all ticket information, visit Jon Stevens’ official website.
