Two rock heavyweights are finally heading back our way. American outfit Shinedown and British superstars Bush have announced a co headline tour of Australia and New Zealand kicking off this September, and for longtime fans it’s been a long time coming.
The run marks Shinedown’s first visit to this side of the world in 15 years. For Bush, it’s their first stretch of headline shows across Australia and New Zealand in almost three decades. Safe to say, there’s some nostalgia baked into this one.

Both bands arrive with new music in tow. Shinedown are gearing up to release their eighth studio album, Eight, later this year, while Bush are riding the momentum of last year’s I Beat Loneliness. Expect a mix of fresh material and the anthems that made them staples of rock radio in the first place.
The tour kicks off in New Zealand at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Thursday 17 September before crossing the Tasman. Australian dates include Brisbane’s Riverstage on Sunday 20 September, Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Wednesday 23 September, Melbourne’s John Cain Arena on Friday 25 September, Adelaide’s AEC Theatre on Sunday 27 September and Perth’s HPC on Tuesday 29 September.
There are plenty of pre sale options for keen fans.
