UGO Burrata Bar has announced a innovative collaboration with ramen experts Parco Ramen to create a unique and delicious dish, Ise-Ebi Burrata Ramen, for one weekend only on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 July.
The limited edition ramen is the perfect winter dish, serving up a warming lobster soup with noodles, UGO’s famous Abruzzese style porchetta, spring onion, sesame seeds and burrata for $28 a bowl.
UGO Burrata Bar co-owner and chef Dario Di Clerico says he is thrilled to be offering a fun and tasty collaboration dish to Melburnians.
“We know how much Melbourne loves ramen and our burrata dishes have proved a hit since Burrata Bar opened earlier this year,” he said.
“I love being able to play with the burrata and continue to push the boundaries of how it can be used. The egg yolk in the ramen normally thickens and adds creaminess to the ramen, in the same way the burrata heart (stracciatella) will thicken the soup!
“We can’t wait for people to be able to try this limited edition Ise-Ebi Burrata Ramen at both UGO Burrata Bar and both locations of Parco Ramen.”
